There are days I want to be dressed to the nines, looking chic and polished and incredibly put together. But some days, I want my avatar to more closely resemble the person behind the keyboard- casual, but not unkempt. Rafaela from Hair Solutions is great hair for those sort of days.

From the front this style has slightly messy bangs parted in the middle, with a few strands curling free from the braid. The front and sides are pulled back into two braids high on the head.

The back shows the braids pulled back to meet at the nape of the neck. The hair falls in a loose ponytail down to the waist.

The Drakk style is a unisex style that looks delectable on guys. It is a long, straight style that falls in in sectioned layers to the very tops of the thighs. The hair around the head has shorter layers that end level with the neckline crowning the head. The hair in front is parted on the right with long layered pieces framing the face and partially covering the left eye. This is one of the few styles that comes in Panache’s dread texture pack which I am sure would looking perfect.

Deja Vu is another new hair find from Sofia Gray. There is hair for men and women as well as a collection of designer purses.

The Decohime style has the hair gathered at the neckline and pulled forward across the left shoulder tapering to the chest. A loosely held bun sits front and right of the crown of the head with a smaller silver tiara wrapped around it to hold it in place. The hair in front is parted far on the left with the bangs crossing the outer edge of the right eyes before falling down in front of the ear to the collarbone.

The Decohime style costs $780L for a 4-color fat pack, $250L per color and the demos are $1L. The colors include: black, white, red, and brown.

*sighs* I have a confession to make. You have to promise not to tell, though. I’d hate it if this got out…

I have an utter fascination with sticking things in my avatar’s hair. Chopsticks, ornaments, flowers… whatever, I love it. I know, it’s silly, but I love it. You can imagine my glee when I saw Magika’s Geisha hair announcement. As it rezzed, I literally bounced in my chair.

From the front, it’s very simple: shaggy bangs sweep across the left eye, and choppy bits escape from where the hair is pulled back into a loose bun.

But the back… there is magic in this style. The loose bun is pierced by three hair sticks that are tied together with black cord. I must have taken 20 pics of this from different angles, but I realize that not everyone shares my obsession with sticking things in my hair.

The Geisha style costs $179L a color and the dmeos are free. The colors include: blue, purple, pink, red, brown, blonde, black, grey, white.
